Halesowen sprint triathlon>>>

Start time was 08:16 to enter the pool and do 400m swim, after that was a transition onto the bike to cycle 25k over a hilly clent hills road course....yet another transition and onto a 5k run.....

swim went ok, but bit of a beached whale dead spider roll out of the deep end onto the poolside, transition went well onto the bike but the only two sets of traffic lights on the course were on red!!!!

which was a pain plus the gears on the bike kept playing tunes and slipping (note to me service gears next time..only bit i didn't do.doh)

then a quick transition into the run, which was a mixture of off raod and road work, with an uphill finish..

total time 1hr 50 mins.

bloody fantastic

Oh yea it was the wife who did all this on her first triathlon..bloody chuffed to bits for her..

Just need to get my bad back in shape and i'm there on the next one..
